TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment to be settled no later than 7 days before delivery. 

Where applicable all crockery, cutlery & equipment delivered are the responsibility of the

client until collection or return. Breakages and losses will be billed at the current cost of replacement and added to your invoice.

Minimum order value for free delivery is £80. Delivery charges may

also be charged for deliveries outside of normal operating area or times.  

Tolls and parking fees will be charged at cost.

chef2table reserves the right to change menu items not available and/or

ordered at any time and replace them with items of the same or higher value.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation we require a minimum of two weeks written notice before the agreed delivery date.

No refunds in the event of a late cancellation.

Refunds will be subject to a deduction to cover any costs incurred unless agreed in writing.
